X-RAY ANALYTICAL INSTRUMENTATION
One of the main directions of scientific and technical activities of the Scientific Instruments JSC company is the development and production of X-ray analytical instruments. This direction was established in 2004, when the company created its first X-ray fluorescence spectrometers and X-ray diffractometers.
Currently, the X-ray equipment manufactured by the company is successfully used in research organizations, in secondary and higher educational institutions, at metallurgy and metalworking enterprises, in the mining, chemical, pharmaceutical and the building materials industries, at microelectronic enterprises, and in a number of other high-tech industries.
The range of X-ray equipment produced by our company includes the following instruments:
REAN. A multipurpose X-ray fluorescence energy dispersive spectrometer. Designed for rapid non-destructive elemental X-ray fluorescence analysis of solid, liquid and powder substances. Provides the ability to measure samples of any shape and size without preliminary sample preparation. The instrument is equipped with a video camera for visual control of the analysis area.

PANDA. A compact X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. Designed for qualitative, semi-quantitative and quantitative elemental analysis of solid, liquid and powder substances. The instrument is used in various analytical laboratories, and is also recommended for conducting laboratory and practical classes and research work in secondary and higher educational institutions. The spectrometer is distinguished by increased safety during measurements and when changing the samples. The instrument is supplied with methodological instructions for performing standard laboratory work and research projects.
